What training and education opportunities are available?

We offer access to a wide range of training courses, educational programmes, and skills development opportunities. These include accredited qualifications such as SIA and CSCS training, digital skills workshops, and further education pathways through local colleges and training providers. Support is available for all residents, whether you are looking to re-enter education, gain new qualifications, or develop existing skills.

How can I access employment opportunities?

We work in partnership with local employers, including London Luton Airport, John Lewis, and other regional businesses, to provide direct access to employment opportunities. Our service includes support with job searching, CV writing, interview preperation, and connecting residents to suiable vacancies based on their skills, experience, and career goals.

What support is available to help me succeed?

Residents will receive tailored one-to-one support to develop a personal education, training, and employment plan. Additional services include life skills training, confidence building, and practical assistance such as help with applications and preparation for work. Our goal is to ensure residents have the right support to move forward sustainably.
